​ABOUT ME

 

Christopher Crouse is a highly accomplished personal fitness trainer based in Los Angeles, with an impressive background in the Fitness Industry spanning over 25 years. Christopher's dedication to his craft is evident through his willingness to see his clients achieve their goals. He not only preaches a healthy lifestyle, but also lives it.

From a young age, Christopher delved into the world of sports. He initially embraced track and field, later showcasing his skills as the wide receiver for the high school football team, and even excelling as a talented All State Wrestler. Following his high school days, he pursued higher education at the prestigious University of Oregon. While in Oregon, he participated in the NPC Iron Man in 1998, securing an impressive 4th place among over 100 competitors. This achievement fueled his passion for fitness, and he sought mentorship from esteemed figures in the industry.

 

Eventually, he relocated to Southern California to pursue his passion for fitness, studying diligently to become a certified Personal Trainer. Over the years, he gained valuable experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant and has honed his expertise while working with diverse athletes, esteemed A-list celebrities and individuals of international renown.

Christopher spent time in Michigan where he was blessed  with invaluable learning opportunities under the guidance of IFBB Pro bodybuilders and gym owners. These mentors further honed his skills, teaching him essential elements like contest preparation diets, proper training techniques, and supplementation.

 

With all of his experiences, Christopher started to develop his own philosophy on fitness and training. He calls this philosophy "Phases". He created programs that help you to progress in your training journey. During each Phase, you take your body through different muscle contractions. Thus allowing your body to skip past plateaus and continue to develop. May that growth be in strength, agility, weight loss, or functionality, each phase challenges your body to change in the direction you expect it to. Christopher knows how the body works and that's why he can, with complete confidence say, that this philosophy works. He uses Phases not only on every client he works with, but also on himself.
